The children enjoying ice lollies, Niamh's made with butternut and carrot and Jude's with spinach and courgette (both mixed with many other fruits too). :-)
Who said you couldn't get a tan in the UK in spring. The weather has been so warm this week that Jude got a neck tan in just one day. Admittedly we have never had such consistently warm weather in April.
