We have recently got some nice new games from family for Niamh's birthday, and good timing it was too. We haven't been doing as much school the past few weeks so the children have enjoyed playing these games below, as well as Top Trumps which has been particularly good for Jude's number development as he has to compare values of numbers as high as 700.
A new spin on the game UNO - this one is played with blocks.
The loser is the one who makes the tower crash, for once Jude enjoys being the loser.
Niamh and Eden enjoyed a game of Monopoly with Nana, Niamh cleaned up!!
And Nana taught them the number game Rat-a-tat Cat which came from Ethan and Julia for Niamh's birthday, Jude couldn't keep away as it involved numbers and he picked it up really quickly too, and even won a few games.
