We enjoyed a lovely walk in the New Forest which we nearly didn't get to after setting out in the completely wrong direction.

Ciara studying a leaf closely.

This was Jude's main form of transport for the week. He loved pelting down the hill behind him at crazy speeds, which gave everyone a big scare. He is such a thrill seeker.

Eden holding our Green team flag high. Everyone is split into teams for the week, and then many team activities follow. This year was the first year that families were kept in the same team, so it was nice not to have to compete against each other.

The Boys hanging out together.

The Girls spending time together.

Eden and Niamh made a new friend, Jemima. Her Dad is a pastor in Sri Lanka, but they have moved her temporarily as his life is in danger from the Hindu Tamil Tigers and the Buddhist Sinhalese.

We enjoyed a day at Boscombe which is a very lovely beach, Mike was thrown in to the sea and then enjoyed a very cold swim brrrrrr, and Fiona enjoyed playing some beach volleyball.

Niamh swung on the rails of this large and very heavy steel food cabinet which subsequently came crashing down and pinning her down on the chest - all the food on top came crashing down making a huge crash. She
miraculously did not get hurt at all considering the weight and momentum. Everyone was very shaken up by the incident, but we praise God that He was looking after the little ones on the holiday.

Lots of people were thrown into the pool or the sea - on this occasion Mike was a part of throwing the soon to be married couple into the pool.

Ciara enjoying the pool.

No-one can top our church for crazy activities. In this a contestant from each team had to cover their eyes with a blindfold, and then their head with a stocking, and then wrap double sided tape around their head. They then proceeded to roll their heads around on the floor to see who could pick up the most plastic spoons on their head - I think the record was 17 spoons.
The Macneils featured a few times in the Friday night concert.

Eden playing recorder.

Niamh reading poetry.

Dad and Uncle Anthony doing a skit of two South Africans touring around London.

Eden and Lydia singing.
