No training wheels and charades!!!

We took Jude's training wheels off his bike, he has been asking us for a while to take them off. It was a lovely sunny day on Saturday so we headed to the park for him to try it out.

A bit wobbly to start...
starting to get the hang of it.
And now he has got it - wow that did not take too long. Of course at this stage he still needs a push to get started so he will have to work on pushing off by himself.
Well done Jude!!!
And the girls had some fun on the swing.
Ciara quite fancied this roundabout built for one.
And she also had a go on the zip slide.
Back home again and here we are playing Charades. It was a children's version where the children drew a card and had to act out what was on the card.
Niamh flying a kite - Niamh got the hang of the acting really quickly, and realized the trick is to convey it in a way that everyone understands.
The first few ones we showed Jude what to act out while the girls were out the room, but then he got the hang of it and did it by himself.

I told Jude he didn't need these training wheels. Now he is free.Well done Jude Pud. I am sure Eden's charade is Bianca Castafiore?
Two cats, twice the chance of keeping Jimmy away from your home!
At least I can see the girls are happy.
Love Granddad
