Jude has been begging me to make the dough for gingerbread men so that he can decorate them, and Ciara got very excited about it too since "The Gingerbread Man" is one of her favourite books. I tried to help her decorate one, but she pushed the decorations in too hard and had to watch me do one for her instead, she didn't seem to mind though.
Niamh wanted to make some flowers too.
Well we have had about 8 cans of beer left over from Grandad Tony's visit and I finally found a use for them - Beef Beer Stew with noodles. It is really tasty, I will try and get a chance to post the recipe up, it was nice having a change from stew with rice, the noodles were really tasty.
