Another lovely Saturday morning in Bedfont for our park run, Jude was so excited to spot tadpoles in the water.
Niamh ran with Dad, the weather wa really warm and she suffered a bit in the heat, but hooray she managed to take 29 secs of her pb and come under 30 minutes for 5km, it was a tough run for her, but well worth the pb.
I encouraged Eden to run with her friend Scarlett(not in the photo) who runs a bit slower than Niamh. I was hoping that they would be able to encourage each other since they both run at the same speed. Well what a transformation, Eden soo enjoyed running the 5km at that speed. She had been struggling to keep up with Niamh because she is just not ready to run that pace yet, but was so happy to find out she could enjoy running at a slower pace.
We finally bought a really nice hairdressing kit. Michael wanted it to cut his own hair, but my hair has been bugging me for a while, the ends are all splitting so I asked if he could give me a trim. He ended up cutting quite a bit off my hair, but it felt so much nicer. He then cut everyone elses hair except for Ayla and including himself. Quite a good saving methinks, and Mike seems to have quite a knack for cutting hair.
He made Niamh's hair quite a lot shorter.
