Day 9 - Goodbye Spain, goodbye friends

On the last day we spent the day relaxing in the morning and then packing up in the afternoon. The children had to say goodbye to some very good friends that they made - A staffie called Winnie, a bull terrier puppy called Gussie and a cross called Salchicha. They had spent so much time with these doggies, and really bonded with them, in fact on the morning we left Eden cried her eyes out knowing that she may never see them again. The closeness they enjoyed with these dogs has made us start thinking about getting a family doggy, and has sparked off a whole new study - we are learning about dogs at the moment, and the girls are thoroughly enjoying reading everything about them.

In that picture with Niamh the dog look JUST LIKE our Chelsie. She was such a special dog and staffie's have a special place in our hearts because of her. What wonderful memories we have of her. It is wonderful to have a family dog. So we look forward to your family's possible new arrival.

Fi, when are you going to have time for a dog. They are quite a bit of work, feeding, walking, grooming etc.

Please wait until baby no 5 is a bit older. We take Hazel every evening except Sunday and she is upset if we don't.

Love Mom.
