Costa coffee is my favourite coffee in all the world, and now one has opened just outside Bushy Park. So what a way to spend a Saturday morning than a walk around Bushy with a Costa.
Jude is loving running and wants to be chased, to chase and to race. So Eden, dad and Jude race, with Jude getting a headstart.
Jude still in the lead, Eden flakes out(it isn't even close to the first race of the day so she has decided she has had enough).
Dad is catching, but Jude is giving it his all.

We came back to Bushy Park later in the afternoon for a run. First I went around, my first 5km run in a very long time, and then Mike went around with the girls. He hasn't run in a very long time either, but pushed himself to do the 5km too.
