Fiona you have no idea just how often these runs of Niamhs in Natal come into my thoughts.Every time I hear or seen her run I go to the nights at the coast.It always ended with me having to give her a lift back on my shoulders,but she just ran, and ran for someone so young,and thought it great fun to run away from me.
Here's strength to her wee legs.
