Late evening stroll in Bushy Park

On Sunday afternoon Michael, Ciara, Ayla and I all had a long sleep, in fact we slept away the whole of a glorious sunny afternoon. When we woke up we felt like we needed to still enjoy this sunny day, and Ciara and Ayla were very awake by now. We decided to go for a walk and only arrived at Bushy Park at about 6pm.
Jude had learnt to ride without his training wheels last summer, but when we bought him a new bike at the end of summer last year it was so big for him his feet couldn't touch to ground and we just left the training wheels on so he could ride the bigger, heavier bike easily. He was anti us taking them off this year, but when we finally did he knew how to ride without them straightaway so we didn't have to go through the balancing process again. Every since he has his training wheels off he hasn't wanted to stop cycling, so he gets some riding time in every day up and down the road.
Eden and Niamh jumping from block to block, good leg stepping exercises.
What a cool bike!
We brought some old bread along to feed the ducks.
But they were far away so dad had to throw some far to get them to come over.
I love this photo, it looks like Mike and I are exchanging mobile numbers, but while we were distracted Eden grabbed the camera and took a photo of us.
And then one from the back.
And a photo of Ciara free cycling.
And then Niamh grabbed the camera and got one of the sun coming down, or should I say the earth turning. We walked for nearly two and a half hours.
