Eden has been desperate to get a typewriter after learning about the invention of them in Victorian times. Grant spotted a typewriter on freecycle and Mike went and picked it up. We managed to get a ribbon for it as it was completely dried out, and the children have had an immense amount of fun on it. Although I think Jude enjoyed it more without the ribbon as he had no limits on the playing and could type away to his hearts desire with that satisfactory tuk tuk tuk.
