Making Charsiu Roast Pork

I can see that we are all going to enjoy cooking Chinese food for our Chinese theme. This recipe was really easy to follow so Niamh managed to make the sauce all by herself.

Noodles are Mike's favourite!! Niamh and Eden don't eat pork so we had to make turkey as well as tuna for me, so the same sauce but different meats.
Jude looooves pork though and enjoyed this dish so much.
