Beans, chocolate, painting and bananas

Niamh, Jude and Ciara have all sprouted and planted their beans from their gardening trip and have not been disappointed to see the results. It has been a great learning experience for Jude and Ciara who have simply been amazed at the growth of these bean plants. We literally saw the bean plant grow over 2 cm in one day, each time we came in the house throughout the day they had grown a bit more.

Well after Jude motored through his maths, he finished it a lot quicker than I anticipated and was so happy to get a bar of chocolate as a reward just like the girls do. Niamh finished her Beta and Jude finished Primer. We had the gamma already for Niamh to continue with, but had to order the Alpha for Jude, he cannot wait and asks me to phone them everyday to find out when it will be delivered(it normally takes anywhere from 1 to 2 weeks).

Eden and Niamh always pack the fruit in the bowl and I had a good chuckle to see Niamh's latest creation. I bought a large amount of bananas in the hope that there would be some going overripe for a new banana bread recipe, but they all got polished off, even Ayla eats a whole one now.
