Making whoopie pies!

The children saw these in a magazine and really wanted to make them. There were a few steps in the preparation, and Eden was up for it all, she is all up for trying new things in the kitchen and got hang of the piping bag really nicely.
The dough is piped - it is somewhere inbetween a cookie and a cake.
They are then baked and sandwiched together with a marshmallow filling, and then topped with icing.
