It has really been on Mike's heart to get to know our neighbours better, and over the years the neighbours have changed, but I think the ones closest to us are going to be around for a while. So we decided to invite a few neighbours that we have been chatting to recently around for a bbq on our long weekend,
Still some lovely warm days left.
They all arrived, and it was lovely to spend the afternoon chatting, and eating some lovely meat from our fantastic South African butchers. They were all introduced to boerewors.
Ayla and Lorna already know each other.
Everyone brought puddings, so we had an abundance of them, all very yummy.
Having coffee at the end of the day. We do look forward to getting to know them better in the future.
