Michael absolutely loved them, and with three cups of oats in that can't be too bad. I have frozen most of them for our camping trip this weekend.

Butterscotch chip cookies
Baking butterscotch chip cookies is not something we ever get to do, simply because we don't get the chips in the UK. Fortunately our lovely American friend Annie gave us one of her packets, and the wonderful recipe comes on the back. If you can ever get hold of these, do yourself a favour and make a batch.
